Q: How did you learn about the ReST Bed®?
At last month’s IM Boulder, Bek and I were walking the Expo…when we came across the ReST Bed®. Right away, we could tell these guys knew their stuff. We had a great conversation about how important recovery during sleep is for performing your best. When Bek and I got on the bed, we knew we had found something special.
Q: Then what?
So, we managed to persuade the guys to deliver a ReST Bed® to our house. It was the best night of sleep we’ve had! And now all our guests sleep on the ReST Bed®. Mirinda Carfrae and Tim O’Donnell sleep on one at their home.
What is unique about the ReST Bed®?
This is because the ReST Bed® is the only bed designed specifically for triathletes.
The ReST Bed® does TWO things that no other bed does. It has customized support for any body part that needs it (head, shoulders, back, hips, and legs). And, it automatically changes firmness in real time.
What role does the ReST Bed® play in your training regimen?
The ReST Bed® has been a godsend to Team Sirius. We train so hard and are always looking for an added edge over the competition. I consider recovery the most important component of an effective training program. And deep sleep is the best way to recover muscles. The ReST Bed® has provided us with the most amazing opportunity to truly nail the recovery aspect of our winning training program.
